Women’s Energy Lab & Life (WELL).
We have set up this communication platform, WELL, to spotlight excellent women who work and leads innovation. Our aim is to show that women conduct innovation projects in different disciplines and some of them balance this with family and other commitments. We hope to start a scientific and informal exchange between the current and younger female generation.

The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts acts as the leading house of the Energy lab. The leading house is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the NTN innovation booster and is accountable to Innosuisse.

As one of the several partner institutions, Switzerland Innovation Park Central is responsible for the Energy Lab’s operational management. Switzerland Innovation Park Central provides the Lab team with the necessary infrastructure and the jointcreate platform as the digital backbone.
